Jane Franch is Vice President of Strategic Sourcing & Sustainability at Numi Organic Tea. In this role, Jane works closely with Numi’s supply ecosystem, from origin through manufacturing, to build strong partnerships and identify opportunities for shared impact. She supports new product development through formulation and supply chain development to ensure delicious, mission aligned innovation, and she guides the sustainability strategy, including climate action, packaging, and regenerative sourcing. Prior to Numi, Jane worked with clients large & small to develop, implement and maintain robust & credible ethical sourcing programs. Her work has taken her to 5 continents and countless villages, where she has had the privilege of getting to know the people and places that grow our tea, coffee, cocoa, hazelnuts, coconuts, mangos, and other delicious treats.
